At HOOPS INC, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of your purchase to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you return an item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee. You will receive a full refund for the item(s) returned, subject to our return policy conditions.
Final Sale Items: Please note that final sale items cannot be returned. We ensure that all final sale items are clearly marked at the time of purchase.
Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund as a store credit. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days.
