Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, size of your order, and the shipping destination.
For standard shipping within the continental United States, estimated delivery times range from 5-10 business days. Please note, these are estimates and may vary.
Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories may experience longer delivery times.

Order Processing:

Orders are processed during our business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, excluding federal holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days after processing. High demand periods may extend processing times.

Tracking Your Order:

Upon shipment, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package via the USPS website.
Ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays. HOOPS INC is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect shipping information.
Shipping Restrictions:

Some items may face shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or contents and may require special handling or incur additional charges.

We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes with standard shipping. Please provide a physical address for your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately. We will collaborate with USPS to address the issue, and if needed, arrange a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
International Shipping:

Currently, HOOPS INC offers shipping only within the United States and its territories.
